Then the light broke through…
It’s dark, cozy, and quiet.
I’ve been here for a while, just waiting. Seems like it takes a long time for something to happen. Cool, warm, wet, dry, but mostly just dark.
Then one day, the light broke through. What an energizing experience!
Not sure what to make of it, I poked my head out to have a look. This was not the cozy and quiet world I have been living in!
The light came and went, with sprinkles of water in between.
Every day my roots grew deeper, and my leaves expanded.
Finally, I bloomed to become a flower!
